Noo, they do it mostly 4/3 days before New Year's Eve and they continue one day after it, cause when you still blow firework a week after New Year's Eve you'll get a fine of 200 Euro's.

Lay, they do that in my neighborhood too. And its usually done while everyone is sleeping after 12. Mofos know what they're doing and it's not funny.
