I just like the whole concept of it. It kinda shows her loneliness on the road and how she deals with her fame. I think its one of the songs that shows her as Stefani, and not as Gaga.

Yes, that's right.
I also thought it's something like iTunes but much more important.

All I really know is that iTunes isn't as relevant in Japan as it is in other countries.
