Well she has sold 12.2+ million singles in the US with
Blackout &
Circus singles, and another 1.3+ million singles in the UK. So that's over at least 14 million in those countries. Then "Piece of Me" & "Womanizer" were huge worldwide. So hard singles, I'd say at least 20 million. Then include all other type of sales...definitely not exaggerated.
