Week 5: Cosmo's Luxury Failure
BOARDROOM MEETING
In TRUMP BOARDROOM...
Outside the lobby,
Team Cosmo: [crickets]
Mr. Trump: [Let them in] on phone
Secretary: You may step in now. Project Manager sits in the middle.
[smiles]
[Rigel slowly calmed Simon down after his hysterical breakdown tears.]
[5 Cosmo candidates entered Mr. Trump's Board Room]
Mr. Trump: Third time Cosmo!... it's getting tiresome now. How did you manage to lose this task when clearly your best two members bowed at #1 & 4 in the Buyers List?
Mr. Trump: I haven't made up my mind yet so spill the details. Anyone can answer my question above.
Simon2011: I think every one tried and participated in the game this week even though they might be busy in outside life, which is not their fault.
UnusualBoy: Those that failed, maybe are the ones who didn't purchase in time and they needed another day to sell. I don't think I did such an amazing job, not atrocious at all but it wasn't that amazing either. But I pmed them so let it know the rules from this task and if they didn't understant one part, I'd explain it!
foxaylove: I honestly don't know who failed this competition. I'm not in a position to point fingers because I haven't done anything outstanding worth bragging about lately.
If we lost it was do to our inactivity in the game. I did alright, not good or great, but alright. The hours I have put into it weren't a lot, but it was something.
Marnie: [crickets]
fiercE: crickets
Mr. Trump: What did you think of UnusualBoy as project manager?
foxaylove: 90-100% AWESOME I thought he did a good job. He communicated well with the team.
Simon2011: 60-74% NOT TOO GREAT. He did PM us, observing the teammates and the opponents, good care, but still inexperienced.
fiercE & Marnie: [crickets]
[Mr. Trump asks his assistant to let Matty into the boardroom]
[Suddenly, the door opened and in walked a giant red-haired scary man.]
[Rigel is shaking in his boxers.] [Simon cries a little bit more.]
[Jay (fiercE) runs out of battery and need to deprogrammed; he asked Marnie to take him home in order to recharge him.]
Matty: Hello Mr. Trump, thank you for letting me join your team
Kevin: No problem, so what do you have for me?
Matty: I have 2 proposed plans for you to consider and each involves....
FIRING DUECES!
Nobody likes him and from what you said after the first challenge he hasn't participated as much. He also doesn't post much in the thread so I don't see him wanting to win, I don't see heart. He needs to go as much as I like him as a member.
Kevin: Interesting... now what are your plans
Matty: Alright...
1st Plan:
Just fire Deuces and then switch up the teams.
Here is how I see them...
Surplus: SiXo, Edi, Matthew, Simon, Marnie
Cosmo: Rigel, Ivan, Deeds, Jay, Kristen
Kevin: Hmmmm
Deuces: I don't have much time, and interest has been lost. Sorry KT!
If we lost fire me...don't punish any other the members except MrDeeds.
Mr. Trump: Shawn (Deuces), you lost in week 1 as project manager for Surplus, and the only Surplus PM to lose so. This week, you have a great team backing you up. I'd even notify Ivan and Matthew for you to purchase. Your days of inactivity could jeopardize your team's future. This is a rush boardroom and anything can happen. I'm sorry but I have to let you go. My company cannot accept a manager who have done a terrible job as you. I know you will go far. Good luck!!
Mr. Trump: Deuces, You're FIRED!!!!

Fire Deuces, as well as both Marnie and Kristen. I love both girls to death but Kristen needs to focus on school and from what you said Marnie hasn't improved and we like to see improvement.
That then leaves 3 cosmos and 5 surplus members...
So send Mr. Deeds from Surplus to Cosmo and keep the teams the same
Kevin: Those are some interesting plans. A lot for me to consider. In your opinion, which plan do YOU like the best
Matty: Honestly I love plan one. Looking at who has posted in the thread Deuces is 2nd to the lowest (above Deeds) and has consistantly done poorly. I think Marnie can do better and we need to give a lot of the people slack, like Kristen, who are balancing school like myself. I also like the idea of switching up the game by making new teams and putting both the best players (SiXo and Simon) on the same team so hopefully that gives the new other team a wake up call and to get their asses moving!
Kevin: Very interesting, very very interesting. Well thank you for your time. I hope you stay for the boardroom meeting.
Matty: I would be honored

Mr. Trump: Rigel, I'm going to ask you as Cosmo's project manager to select TWO [2] members you want to bring back to the FINAL boardroom.

Mr. Trump: Simon (Simon2011) and Jay (fiercE) you both may return to the suites and relax for now; you all are safe for this week, but your team needs to buckle up AGAIN next week.
Rigel (UnusualBoy), Marnie, and Kristen (foxaylove) go out in the lobby and wait as we deliberate. I will see you back here in the boardroom in half an hour. Somebody will be FIRED. 
My job here is done
