My original post was: ''Spanish people speaking Spanish, and Portuguese people speaking Portuguese'', but I thought that was wrong too. Or isn't it wrong?
I KNEW Spanish and Portuguese were languages, but not Mexican. I've always assumed Mexican being an official language. Spanish and Portuguese are very similar languages and I don't get the difference of them both. I didn't remember from my Geography classes in which countries they speak Spanish/Portuguese hence why I said Mexican. I didn't know they talk Spanish in Mexican. Just give it a rest, it's not that big of a deal. I just didn't know that.

Okay sorry, based on the debacle about Mexican - and considering it's rather obvious if there was a Portuguese language, Portugal would certainly speak it - I thought you were unsure and asking about it.
To me this sounded like you were unsure about what Portuguese people speak.
I hope this is sorted out now, please no hard feelings
Ofcourse not, but I said that because I originally thought that they speak Portuguese in Mexico, but then I changed it in Mexican. I was still unsure about it, but still posted it anyway. It's okay.
