Everyone does. Britney stans boast that she can go to number 1 without any promotion, but if you look at total sales you can see they are lacking because she hasn't promoted much in years. It's effected her more WW than in the US.
GaGa is still in the early stages of what we hope will be a long career, promotion is essential.
I don't want any collabs either, but I wouldn't mind if it were with someone like Elton John or David Bowie like that fake sheet reported. I would be irritated if it was with someone popular, like Nicki Minaj

If Gaga is on a fast-paced track, I could definitely see them doing well together. But you are right about everyone dealing with her on collabs.
