Week 3 Boardroom: Cosmo's Car Rental Loss
BOARDROOM MEETING
In TRUMP BOARDROOM...
Outside the lobby,
Team Cosmo: [crickets]
Mr. Trump: [Let them in] on phone
Secretary: You may step in now. Project Manager sits in the middle.
[smiles]
[Simon gave Rigel a bad face.]
UnusualBoy: Wat!?
Simon2011: 
[6 Cosmo candidates entered Mr. Trump's Board Room]
Mr. Trump: Again Cosmo? This week you managed to lose to Surplus over a sales task, a type of task which Cosmo had won before. Now tell me was it bad leadership, or what?
Mr. Trump: I haven't made up my mind yet so spill the details. Anyone can answer my question above.
Simon2011: I did tell and advise all the members as a manager's job ! What else for a manager?
And for Surplus, if SiXo just had enough effort to make profits like I did, I bet Surplus would have not much chance to win either because the REST of SURPLUS somehow just likes the REST of COSMO, the teammates do not care the competition, only us, the LEADERS care
and that is not real in real-life business !!!!
I did make enough profits for the team, just the other 4, especially UnusualBoy didnot make enough profits to bring the team to win.
foxaylove: Mr. Trump, if we lost then it's evident we didn't sell much. To be honest it was only me and Simon it felt like that we put an aggressive push for sales. Others like UnusualBoy and Marnie did good in trying to sell, but others I don't even know if they tried at all. Me and Simon make up for 90%+ of our revenue made. The only mistake I made was not being able to sale cars the second week because I didn't have the time with school and everything, which is why I sold hard the first week.
Mr. Trump: [facing foxaylove] I see your hard work ethic and dedication to this game, Kristen. Thanks for reassuring those facts and I've already heard from Simon that you are busy this second week of the task.
[facing Simon]
I understand where your point is coming from and I realized SiXo was the sole salesman of Surplus. Nevertheless you worked hard, but working hard doesn't necessary mean you are working smart. You allowed SiXo to gain Cosmo customers- worst possible mistake for a project manager, especially for a team that won the first sales task.
Also, why is UnusualBoy (Rigel) is the worst considering he made more profits than fiercE and Marnie?
Simon2011: But Mr. Trump, I did take Surplus customers at the end too.
Well, I can see that UnusualBoy made more profits but he doesn't have the spirit to do this sort of business, he doesn't care about your company, Mr.Trump while Marnie & fiercE, although they did bad, I can see that they are willing to play the game. They would & may do better in the upcoming different tasks!
Mr. Trump: I am loosing hope with team Cosmo thanks for some reassurance. However, the three you mentioned I don't see much potential in them at all. They were lousy in previous tasks and the two of them went from great to poor, and the third one is hanging by a thread once again.
Lack of energy by both teams yet Surplus had a heck of energic salesman, and your team lost to him. Do you think SiXo is better than you Simon?

Mr. Trump: Alright let me hear from the Project Manager on how everyone did. So Simon, tell me more of how they did on a personal level.
Simon2011: Half of our team was successful, the other half ...
fatty - good progress on the 1st period but not on the 2nd period
UnusualBoy - doing nothing much 
foxaylove - excellent job on the 1st period & tell me - the manager ahead the time when she gets busy, so that I can handle her part
Marnie - average, does trying but not enough, good thing is that she observes and cares how the team is doing
fiercE - even he maybe did not make much profits, I can see the potential & working spirit for the team in him
Mr. Trump: I have a business meeting in a two hours and running out of time. Quickly inform me your project manager effort and who would you fire if you are me?
Marnie: Simon did a great job no doubt about that. AWESOME 90-100%
I failed this round, since i didnt get many cars rented off me, but I tried bumping and supporting Cosmo and I really dont wanna be fired, Mr. Trump.
Simon2011: UnusualBoy - he is too lazy to do the task!!
foxaylove: Simon deserves AWESOME 100%. He made a format for us to use with communicating with customers and constantly kept communication flowing between the team. HE WAS A FAB leader.
Fire someone, I would have to say Fatima, while I love her was a little late with this project. I'm not sure if she sold any rental cars....
fiercE: Simon did a GREAT JOB 75-89%
I'm not sure, I think Marnie should be fired, because maybe she don't have any Renter.
fatty: Simon was great! I did the worst job, it should be me.

Mr. Trump: Simon, I'm going to ask you as Cosmo's project manager to select THREE [3] members you want to bring back to the FINAL boardroom.
Simon2011:
I chose Rigel (UnusualBoy), Fatima (fatty), and Marnie.
Mr. Trump: Kristen (foxaylove) and Jay (fiercE), you both may head back to the suites and relax for now; you both are safe for this week, but your team needs to improve a lot by next week.
Simon (Simon2011), Rigel (UnusualBoy), Fatima (fatty), and Marnie go out in the lobby and wait after discussion. I will see you back here in the boardroom in half an hour. Somebody will be FIRED.
