Because her videos are basically mini-movies, someone with experience in real film-making will know better how to make them flow and keep them interesting. There is not an ounce of fat on the Bad Romance video, it just moves from one scene to another without any boring or superfluous moments.

Akerlund has also made films, but they're not as good or ambitious as Lawrence's films.

I agree with you but I can't pretend to know much about directors and things like that, I'll make myself sound stupid.

Bad Romance is her best video I hope she comes out with something in that formula but obviously completely different. She will not disappoint I am quite sure.

One person could lose their job. And really it's nothing that exciting, nothing news worthy but for me it could be incredibly exciting. In fact I might be asking for a couple people on here to help me out with something, gotta figure out if I should or can trust anyone though. That movie was truly amazing, it had so much depth for something that was relatively simple in its concept. The imagery was spectacular. I didn't mind the Alejandro video, but it reminded me too much of the shoot Lara Stone did with Steven Klein for W magazine.
