I want good 1st week sales & longevity BUT judging from what's going on NOW which is NOTHING, BI might not have either.
the visibility has to work with th music.....when ride was on top she wasnt doing much to promote it other than events which dont tie into her music
Few promo shows she did were music related, her club outtings where music related. Magazine scans/interviews are music related. Radio interviews are music related.
Ci has been out there. Like I said before, Ride didn't get much support but like other 1st singles from labelmates, same pattern occurred. Also with a song like Ride, much promo could not have been done with it aside from what she did.
Im sure they will stress the VISIBILITY of her new records once the videos drop, simple. Just wait for it....

She most likely will. "Ride" set her up for a pretty decent first week because ti catered to her initial fanbase and therefore performed better and will prove more useful than any single from "Fantasy Ride."
Yeah, I mean FR didn't even manage to crack 90K and I'm not sure if this album is going to do better or worse. Maybe reconnecting with her Urban fanbase will get her more sales.
Another reason is simply just album sales on a whole this year. I mean even Katy flopped hard...so I don't even know what to expect with Ciara.
