So many members are trying to put on weight

Well that's new. Here are some tips:
1. The best way to GAIN weight would be to put on muscle. As we all know that muscle > fat in terms of weight, the easiest way to gain muscle is by swimming, doing light dumbbells & general toning through various muscle exercises such as pushups, sit-ups, squats etc.. And don't forget to stretch before & afterwards! Without stretching, you make yourself prone to further damaging your muscles.
2. NEVER stick on fatty foods in an attempt to gain weight. Not only is it disgustingly unhealthy, eating fatty foods decreases your ability to perform in other areas of life such as school & they make it easier for oneself to get sick, turn into an emotional roller-coaster from the sugar highs etc..
