This is what I'm referring to no disrespect at all when I put him in the same group with MJ and Prince especially since I put Usher right after them. Each decade had an album maybe 2 that took the world by storm. Thriller was one of them staying at #1 for 37 straight weeks, Purple Rain was one of them an album so monumental even a classic movie was produced because of it of the same title. Confessions was the most monumental album this decade because of how long it was #1 on the charts, its consistent sales as it started by sellling 1.1 million copies in the 1st week the highest 1st week sales for a male R&B artist since the one and only Michael Jackson, not to mention Confessions is one of the few albums to go diamond this past decade and yes Confessions is a classic since its an album filled with the drama with the relationship he had with Chili, very few albums have been based off an actual real relationship a musician had. Sure Confessions is not as monumental as Thriller nor Purple Rain nor shall it ever be but Confessions for sure does tell a story. Also understand when I use Usher in the same sentence as MJ and Prince its because of their longeitivity and consistency in fact I've said that before
