Mariah Carey's The Emanicpation of Mimi is Mariah's best album for various reasons. Firstly, it was the album that brought Mariah back into the spotlight which she so deserves. Secondly, it has given us so many classics like "We Belong Together", "It's Like That", "Shake It Off" and "Don't Forget About Us". The underrated tracks are amazing as well. "Fly Like A Bird" is such a wonderful ballad that showcases Mariah's great vocal ability, "Say Somethin' is probably the most underrated Mariah track on the album. It proves that she can go many different directions in her style of music, and it has such a peaceful vibe and ghetto influence that is rarely seen in today's songs. Of course, no one can deny the epicness that is "We Belong Together". A record breaking anthem that was the most successful song of the past decade (In the U.S.) has Mariah showing off her sensitive side, proclaiming to her lover that she is nothing without him. Without a doubt, Mariah Carey's best album is The Emanicpation of Mimi and I can assure you that she will never have another album like this again.

It's pretty obvious that I'd choose Michael's best selling album, Thriller and I'm sticking to it. Some may argue that Dangerous was his best album, but Thriller was the album to put Michael Jackson up there and there's a reason for that.
Each song was crafted intricately and it resulted in 42 minutes of pure listening pleasure. Billie Jean, Beat It, Thriller and Human Nature are some of Michael's classics, instantly recognizable by anyone in the world.
