Just realized that Shake It Off was #1 on worldwide Spotify chart for 35 days...!!!
That means it was #1 the complete duration it was on there. I checked if kworb's dates are correct and they are. It was probably #21 on 11/3 because they removed her music in the middle of the tracking period.
Hey guys. I made a thought provoking (hopefully lol) post on Lor's image and persona and what not. Basically on why ppl feel like being "exposed as a mean girl" somehow is evidence for her image of being a sweet girl next door is fake (inspired from that can taylor recover thread) when, in reality, Taylor was never entirely "sweet"and admitted to having "bad/mean" sides to her personality. And then if she admitted this, how could that mean shes fake?
That and wouldn't that mean her image is more involved than just being reduced to an innocent girl. I haven't read any replies yet so idk what anyone is saying but this is something I've been thinking on for a while. Its weird and confusing because I feel like there is this disconnect in how fans view her vs what "outsiders" perceive her to be and what she wishes to project out there.
