Katy performed at the Grammys a week after SB, If Gaga really performs, it will most likely be Million Reasons so she won't need to do some big preparations anyway

This era's promo was more effective than during BTW and ARTPOP eras tho. They just were very short-lived and that's because a lack of radio and Spotify support. I mean her numbers increased from predicted 120/140k too 170/201k after the SNL performances because people liked what they saw.
So instead of acting like a whiny little girl who refuses to do promo, she could somehow make the radio support her again and also fire Booby for someone more talented and more caring about her manager who would do anything to get her music on Spotify's biggest playlists.
Gaga needs to change her mentality. There's no one to blame except for her.
