I don't know I guess she's a legend. It's hard for me to think she's dominated a majority of the 4 categories (genre of pop, pop culture, overall music and then entertainment).
I see 1 of 4 covered tbh but ok.

Alicia and Usher are flops but they owned R&B and crossed over quite well for a time.

I mean Alicia dogwalked Beyonce in her first 4 eras until she became a homewrecker and lost most of her fanbase.

Usher like Britney has #1 albums and singles in 3 different decades and has iconic songs throughout more than 3 iterations of pop

I don't even use Timberflake but he's either a legend in the making needing one more era or already a legend. Can't be subjective on that.

Avril is an icon. She didn't clear 10 years strong but she had a couple of good eras + girlfriend was a hit.

Kelegend is an icon that messed up during her My december era and then went overboard watering her sound down (a Pink post Try this tea) and she needs to comeback.

Kelly deserves to be a legend but she only has music to get her there and she's been too inconsistent.

It's karma for not making Addicted her last single.
Who doesn't make a timeless classic a single (well besides Britney and her many album tracks that deserved to be singles)

Ariana's image is SO boring. To me, that's what prevents her from becoming an A-list pop star. With her, it's always literally the same look and I understand why she does it but it's so bland now, no excitement there.
