this is only my opinion BUT...
i'm pretty sure they haven't rush released a second single only because they have no idea which track to pick... i'm sure the intended release of "woohoo" was to gauge listeners reactions and if positive, release it as the second single...some people believe it's promotional but i highly doubt it. With the situation their in now, they would not have her performing it at as a random song at the mtv movie awards for promotional purposes because frankly, they don't have that option. whatever she performs NEEDS to be the second single because time is slipping away faster than they realize....
IMO they should release Bionic NOW..... it sounds like it could be either really hot or kinda monotone but i think it would get the job done. But then again i see why their taking time cause if they strike another miss this era is officially a wrap.
