I agree for the most part but different radio stations clearly have different PDs. There are some stations in the U.S right now that have Million Reasons on power rotation right now. In those cities MR may seem like a radio hit to those people. My local Rhytmic station jumps on ANY Beyonce song. As soon as All Night was announced as a single I started hearing it play on that station. On one hand some Rhythmic stations won't even touch it. Maybe stations in Seattle don't playlist her?
