a minority of white people are not racist - ALL white people are racist. what you mean is that a minority of white people are explicitly racist (like they proudly say black people are inferior/lazy/a source of problems in the US). the points that they're making are targeted toward acts of implicit racism which are usually committed by well-meaning yet misguided white people.
This is not racist. White people cannot experience racism because racism is a system of oppression.
Anyone can experience Racism.
Racism is discrimination or stereotyping based on race. Oppression and Racism aren't the same, and don't go hand in hand.
Oppression is often fueld by Racism. My grandfather (who is black) left the USA because the people around him were more racist towards other cultures than other cultures were to him.
Especially towards people from the islands, like Fiji.
