Everyone but a very insignificantly small amount of people can muster up 30 minutes for excercise 3 times a week. And definitely not 50%+ in the US that are overweight.

Wtf. It doesn't have to "cut it for you". What a myopic, self-centered thing to say.
This is people's reality. Even if they muster up 90 minutes of exercise a week, it doesn't mean 1) they're doing the right exercises or 2) they'll outpace their caloric intake.
Life is not so black and white. And the first thing in solving these problems is understanding the nuanced factors that channel people toward overweightness.

Some people have to work out 2 hours a day for 5 days to stay from being chubby.

It's people's own responsibility to figure out what type of food to eat,how much they need to do to workout and what to do. It's no coincidence that obesity became an epidemic and basically emerged once people started to become lazy and lathargic and started eating crap. There are nuances and individual cases but as a whole this whole thing is merely due to people's own irresponsibility.

"It's everyone's own responsibility to take care of themselves"
Thank you for the surface level analysis.

I agree.
Also it's not just about the fact people are lazier now, but how food is made now. Food is different than it was a century ago with all the technology and chemicals used to process it. Not all food that isn't typical junk food is quality food, there are a lot of foods that by name would be considered good to eat but are not.

This.
Although in the end it's people's duty to get informed.

I think that's why people are trying to get more information on labels regarding food.
Take for instance when people order certain salads at restaurants, they think they are doing themselves something good but the salad is loaded with things that bring the unhealthiness up. In a restaurant it's harder to know what the calories and such are without proper labelling. Labels on food nowadays are riddled with words people don't understand or there are no labels like on a menu.
But that's a bit diverting in topic I guess.

nobody needs to be fit, but it would be important, as a human, to have a normal body instead of anorexic or obese one. There's a weight size thing where you type your height and weight and see if you have a healthy size or not. But in the end, it's your choice how you're gonna live your life and if you want to risk having health problems because of your bad food habit and poor lifestyle choices.

Right, it's not about expecting everyone to look like a personal trainer with a perfect body or attacking people who are a little bit chubby. It's about rampant numbers of obese and heavily overweight people which are on the rise in basically every single Western country.
I assume you are talking about the BMI which is used to measure people's size. It's definitely very general and doesn't take certain factors into consideration but still a good place to start.
Fat activists generally hate it though because they often pose an argument that can be summed up with this picture:
As if the amount of people who have a high BMI due to their muscle mass isn't extremely small and these fact activists surely aren't overweight due to massive muscles or big bones

I'm SO sick and tired of "white people" this, "white people" that. First of all in 99% of cases the members are referring to white AMERICANS. Second of all, in 90% of cases, the members are referring to white RACIST AMERICANS. Plus, assumptions and generalizations based on skin color... ring a bell anyone ?

Too much muscles isn't good for your body either, bodybuilders also face huge health problems, especially heart problems.
It's important to find a good medium, eat healthy and be active with your body.

I understand their frustrations because there are still many hillbilly racists in the US who openly discriminate minorities, but they really aren't helping their cause by grouping non-racists white people with white people who are racist. It just infuriates them. And for good reason, because why would they allow people to group them with the same people they themselves are fighting against? This new SJW way of changeling racism isn't helpful at all and is only doing the opposite of that. It's very messy and that's a shame because real racism won't be looked at being serious anymore in few years if this continues

You're not fighting racism when you associate a behavior (being racist) with a race. You're contributing to it.

I've never said anything racist to you. You did to me. When you said I'd need to prove I'm not racist since I'm white. Just saying.

Anyway "white people" is used more as a demographic term. Just like "blacks" or "Asians" (which is probably the most nondescript of the bunch).
And demographically speaking, "white people" got Trump elected. So demographically speaking "white people" by and large still exhibit overt signs of racism.

come to Croatia sis
we love POC who decide to live here! Yesterday on news TV they invited a priest to talk about Xmas and the priest is from African decent! I never thought I'd be happy to see a priest on TV
Most racist people are right-wing religious people, so it's nice to see a POC working here! He speaks Croatian very good too!
And one of my friends has a friend who's mom is Croatian and his dad is African (he didn't tell me which country) and he is super popular among friends in school. It's so beautiful to see diversity here with these lame ass white Croatians tbh!

didn't more white people elected Obama tho? and Hillary herself is white? And Trump got more minorities votes than Romney?
This is case of people having different political belief system, not their race preference

I've never set foot in the US.
Demographically speaking every race got Trump elected when almost half of the US did not bother to vote. The saying "most white americans voted Trump" isn't even true, it's most white americans WHO VOTED, which makes a huge difference (doesn't fit your narrative though, I'll give you that)

I'm sorry if this sounds political incorrect but racism is overrated in the western world imo. When I think of homophobia, I think of homophobic laws etc. pp. but I really don't care what John, Susanne or Jack think about me or my sexuality. I don't even care if they call me the f-word, we shouldn't insult or attack innocent people and it doesn't matter what word they use to insult me. It's bad behavior. You can't change other people especially not with this extreme SJW approach. What I'm saying is, many of these things that SJWs call racist and homophobic are irrelevant. Nobody cares about these issues. They need to focus on the real issues. I don't expect religious people to love all gay people or gay marriage but I want them to accept it and leave gay marriage alone.
