Sales haven't declined that much that she'd go from selling 544,000 in 2014 to less than 200k in 2017.

Not in terms of singles no. In terms of album sales and touring and awards yeah.
They kinda have tho, for example the #2-#10 combined in SIO's week sold 1.25m (didn't include SIO as it'd obviously skew things)
In CSTF debut week they did about 800k
This week they're expected to do 506k
So if we scale things to SIO's debut week
