Pretty Boy is a jam. From the universally panned Dream Street album. Giving me all kinds of 1999-esque jams. I like that she worked with some of The Time on this album before she met Jimmy Jam & Jerry Lewis. That's why so much of the album sounds like Prince's music.

Nope. It may have peaked at #14 but it's one of her most enduring songs and especially videos. Just goes to show that Billboard peaks don't mean everything. TPP outside of the top ten is actually iconic and Again at #1 is forgotten.
