She's very creative, she just doesn't feel the need to do everything on her own.
That's probably one of her greatest strengths, her humility. She recognizes her artistic limits and employs experts and learns from them. e.g. Her flying in Tofu Tofu for the RTW dance when any other popstar would have just accepted their teams' re-creation of the choreography.
