Really? Because I just can't imagine "You Lost Me" working on pop radio. It's so emotional and haunting. Radio these days is trashy and uptempos. How many ballads have become huge hits in the past year? I can only think of "The Climb".

Usually instrumentals are released for singles. I really hope Lift Me Up isn't the second single. Oh no, that CANNOT happen. We need either a mid-tempo or uptempo for the second single and then a ballad for the third.

I'm not sure if this is the official instrumental of the song, though... when she performed at that Haiti benefit concert, she performed the "stripped down" version of it, I think... but either way, it's just so amazing!

And I agree... a ballad for 3rd single.

I really don't think it will. It would have lost a margin of it's sales when it was released as a Charity single.

Christina knows what she's doing, I recon it will end up like you say. Up-tempo for 2nd, ballad for 3rd.

Yeah I think the song needs some bass and drums on the latter half of the song. You may be right that it's not the official instrumental. If it isn't, somehow sure did spend a lot of time putting this instrumental together on their own!
