Im Puerto Rican and its usually the ghetto and or uneducated puerto ricans and dominicans that have problems with each other. Ive actually been confused for a dominican because of my spanish (im white skinned and blue eyed though ) and have confused dominicans for puerto ricans. Nothing worse than a superiority complex
