Lots of lies in this post. Non-album buzz singles typically fare worse than official promo singles from major label studio albums just before album release. But that non-album buzz single still went #1 in various countries. Plus that massive 38 million streams is quite impressive, better than the Dope and Venus you mentioned... even official single G.U.Y. has less plays than Rise. So looks like Katy's stardom is still quite apparent. Not that this has much to do with PRISM and BTW, hihi.

Acclaim is a non factor and doesn't make something bigger. And Prism had a bigger tour. Average #s can't be compared since BTW was a stadium tour and Prism was an arena tour.
