I don't think so, although scenes may be similar it doesn't mean she has been influenced by GaGa. The Bad Romance video was popular so all those ideas in that video would be taken by the director. The director then follows the original idea of the video (i.e Christina's idea) and then adds his/hers ideas as well. That video isn't completely based Christina's idea. The same goes for every other video.
In life everyone creates something from their imagination which is inspired by at least on tiny thing, and because they are so many comparisons with Christina and GaGa before the video was even made, this would therefore give GaGa stans something to look out for so they can use it as a criticism for NMT's video. Hope that makes sense lol.
