Just tell you brother you know what he did and it was horrible. Don't tell your sister in law. Let your brother resolve it. Poor kids. This happend to me like 10 years when I saw my Father with another woman. I never mentioned it my mother and siblings. Many years have passed, my parents are old and they are still together. I was thinking maybe it's just a fling.

You cant go to the sister in law and say that, simply because you don't have any proof because he can easily deny, and that'll make you look bad and cause problems.
