Always justifying to adjust Electoral seats in ratio to Wywoming so CA will have 200 seats. Okay, Let's do that for FL, TX, PA, and all the other populous swing states that voted for Trump. When the adjustments have been made, I will guarantee you Trump's numbers would be even more inflated and far ahead of Hillary's numbers.

Yeah I think people are not accepting the purpose of popular vote as it relates to electoral votes as it relates to the election.

It's quite simple but people challenge it when not getting what they want

The arrogance when they claim Hillary only needs CA's 55 to win the presidency, which she did. But the problem is that the rest of the country didn't choose her.
