This is a mess. She's gonna win COMFORTABLY in the popular vote.

It doesn't matter. Only the Electoral College matters. The US election is not just LA, NY and Chicago.

I know how it works. But the nature of the electoral college means some votes count much more than others. Some people think that's a good thing, though.

Him winning white millennials is totally a product of Hillary's 'unlikeability' and the 'they both suck' narrative. Bernie would have run away with their vote in comparison. The democrats will do a lot better with them next time, I think.

Obama lost white millennials in 2012, though.

That's a negative aspect. But the positive is that it doesn't allow for one or two very populated state to decide the election and impose their will on other states. That's exactly what the founding fathers wanted to avoid.

I still can't get over how she lost in states like Michigan and Wisconsin that were 100% sure bets for her just weeks before the election. Her team really blew it. Everyone laughed at Trump's ground game and rally location choices, but in he end he actually knew what he was doing. He chose the right places. Clinton messed it all up. She was way too confident in her support from women, from minorities, even from whites, she was so confident liberals and minorities would come out and vote for her, she was so confident she only had to target a few battleground states to turn them and win the election. She literally got it all wrong. I feel so bad for her, for having a group of people supporting her campaign who literally blew the whole thing for her.

5% of votes in Michigan are missing and there is .3% difference in votes for Trump and Hilary.

No, he didn't. Third party voters have always existed and Johnson is a pro-life former republican whose supporters would've voted for trump over clinton anyway.
The people who cost her are her own people. for 8 yrs, all we heard was that racism is over bc the president was black but as soon as they had the chance, whites, from educated to uneducated and middle, lower and upper class, ran out there in record numbers to vote for a kkk endorsed, xenophobic, racist, islamophobic misogynist. 74% of white men voted for trump. and white women had a candidate for them, were all "I'm with her" in public but 66% of them went into that booth and voted for trump then proceeded to put their "I voted" sticker on Susan b Anthony's grave. This is all on them and they don't give a damn bc they're livelihood isn't threatened

I think more of it was a referendum on Clinton more than anything else. People just didn't like her.

But if that's where the people live, why shouldn't they determine the election?
Of course it works as it was intended. The electoral college gives power to states, not people. But we've evolved a lot since the electoral college was formed.

Here's the the thing. Would he get impeached by a Republican House of Representatives? He could, but he would have to act against them in order for that to happen.
Besides, he's already going to defer to Pence, the more experienced politician, on political decisions anyway.

I think i'm hating progressive millennials even more than white people. They are petty, stubborn, immature and just really ****ing stupid.
Good luck with your "revolution" now under the Orange Reich privileged assholes.

Look at the margin in most of the states. Even if only a small portion of the vote would have gone to Clinton, she would have won quite a few of the states.
A lot of Johnson's support didn't come from traditional republicans. Most of them still broke for Trump.

Here for Kamala Harris in 202 if Warren doesn't run. Hopefully she becomes visible in the Senate and is one of the people who helps lead the charge against Trump.
