It's called returning the favor 8 years later after the work the Clintons put in to help bridge the party back together like Bernie is doing now. Also, it's about protecting his legacy built over the course of that time. They've done wonders on the campaign trail, that was never gonna be in doubt. Democrats do the coming together thing better than the GOP ever could hope to do.
I love both equally, in different ways, but y'all do too much sometimes. Here's to the conclusion of a messy political year. May the year 2017 bring another great chapter of our country.
