You should post the changes here cause as much as I loved it, a gurl doesn't have time to read the whole thing too often.
I wonder if she gets sick of being such a legend some times.
I can imagine getting sick of being a legend at times. Madonna has broken so many barriers and she's been so bold and forward-thinking, and she became a legend doing these things. But she's earned the right to kick back and make music she has fun making, she doesn't need to keep leading the way and charting the next steps for everyone else. But for a lot of people, everything she does has to Mean Something because she has an enormous legacy they put her in competition with.
Alternately, the things she did on the way to legend status pissed off a lot of people who thought she didn't know her place and found her pathetic and desperate for attention. Now those same people shake their heads and cross their arms and say "she's run out of ideas" and they make her compete with a legacy that they never thought she deserved in the first place AND refuse to acknowledge except when saying she stopped contributing to it a long time ago.
