Tove Lo Total Certs - 30 Platinum certs, 11 Gold certs, 2 Silver certs
Zara Larsson Total Certs - 72 Platinum certs, 15 Gold certs, 1 Silver cert
Wow so although Tove Lo has 9 US plat certs compared to Zara's 3 US plat, she's behind 42 Plat certs WW
And in the UK(a huge market like the US), Zara has 3 Plat certs while Tove has none
As for Tove having an album, well it only sold around 350,000~ WW and Zara has sold 240,000 albums in Sweden alone with only 2 releases(1 of which was an EP) so I'm positive her international debut will do better than QOTC
Not to mention almost all of Zara's certs aside from Uncover and the Scandinavian certs for Lush Life and NFY were all in 2016 alone while Tove has been around since 2014, so even if Zara isn't bigger than Tove right now, she will within a year or two
Not sure why you're bringing up Tove Lo's songwriting, I already said she's a very successful songwriter but Zara is more successful as a singer
