I don't know. Poor neighborhoods are usually very singular in terms of demographics. I don't think too many neighborhoods have considerable amounts of both black and hispanics.

I'm not white so I shouldn't really speak for them.
But to be fair they are the wealthiest group of people, and have created the most scientific inventions, best economic systems, most of them in highly skilled jobs etc etc.

I think the whole idea of grouping people by their skin colour and making assumptions about them is stupid though.
