The material was pretty amazing - according to both critics and public - and the album went on to sell almost 1 million in the US alone, despite all the craziness surrounding Britney's personal life back then, with absolutely NO promo aside from two music videos.
Meet me again when 'Not Myself Tonight' repeats 'Gimme More' success. Or when 'Bionic' sells 290k first week in the US alone. Or in a year, when it surpasses 2.5 million worldwide. But all of that with ZERO promo, ok?
And oh, could you people stop with old performance videos? That's not gonna help 'Not Myself Tonight'. This thread needs actual info about the current single, not previous ones.

And it's also quite "funny" that when another artist has a "flop" album by their standarts, they say it ISN'T a flop because there's no promo or whatever, but it it's Christina in that situation, they say it's a FLOP or irrelevant. Like I said... hypocrites.
