Gillibrand is too centrist and her views will be conservative by where the national national stage is in 2024.
Gillibrand has 8 years to rebrand herself and shift her views to the left. I think she could do it and be a pretty good contender for the Democratic primary.

I think Texas and Georgia will for sure be Blue next election.
I expect them to go blue during our lifetime, but I don't think it's next election. Georgia actually has a chance of going blue THIS election, but it won't happen next race if the GOP sets out a sane-looking candidate (this is, strangely, a big if).
I don't think Texas will go blue next election because the necessary demographic shift hasn't quite happened yet.
