Eh I don't think it'll be a huge problem. There are many parts of the world (Saudi Arabia) where women aren't even seen fit to be in the same room as men in many occasions but that doesn't stop thm from doing business with international leaders especially not when it's in their best interest to make nice with the US. They certainly won't like a gay President but in the end, they will do what's in their Country's best interest.

That said, trying to actually get an openly gay man/woman elected to the highest office in the US is a whole other challenge.
