JLO ( i stanned from the 90s to 2005...
JLO has always been the Jen of all trades and master of none.
her legendary status is not about doing them well but paving a way for latinas to be able to make pop music, dance/entertain and act in movies and tv while building an empire on beauty and style over substance.
It's not about winning a grammy, an oscar, an emmy or having a clothing line that is of exceptional quality and compared to the elites.
JLO does a great job juggling all balls...but it's not to be awarded for achievement in excellence.
I used to stan HARD for JLO ever since her first album all the way up to Brave.
I literally went to the stores with my parents and bought everything JLO related.
Brave was such a letdown and a flop plus Britney was slaying me with Blackout so I had to switch my faves.
I still love JLo to this day just not like how I used to when I was young.
