BTW on that thing she said about Madonna, I do honestly believe she wasn't implying Madonna DOESN'T work hard on her music or play instruments, I think she was was just trying to say that she does everything organically and creates her own music (again not saying Madonna doesn't necessarily) but since she creates everything so personally, that's why she then rejects the comparison cause in Gaga's mind she did everything her way and avoided creating anything trendy or "now."
IDK I just didn't see it as Madonna criticism, it was just a very "OK I GET IT ONE SONG OF MINE SOUNDED LIKE ONE SONG OF HERS BUT THAT WAS 5 YEARS AGO AND WE HAVE BEEN DOING VERY DIFFERENT THINGS EVER SINCE CAN I PLEASE BE ALLOWED TO BE MY OWN ARTIST!!!!!" I'm bored of hearing both Madonna and Gaga talk about each other, it's sexist and boring. |
Yay for Joanne, also that's what I thought she meant to but I think she really needs to clarify that with a tweet or another interview or something. She doesn't need more silly Madonna drama spoiling this era.
