It's hard to decide between them to be honest. Born This Way does have some of her best tracks on it but it also has some of her messiest (bad kids, highway unicorn, the title track, the deluxe tracks). Joanne has no weak songs, like I don't care for A-yo much but it's still a good song. Then again it has nothing as good as Bloody Mary. So I don't know atm Joanne feels like a stronger album but not by much.
