So why was someone like Bernie, also an active politician at the time, against the consequences outlined in the mass incarceration bills and the Iraq war? Is that kind of wisdom so hard to come by? Cause I mean...if it is for Hillary then that's something she needs to come to terms with and link up with people much less tone deaf than she is. Especially if she'll be filling the role of president.

Bernie would oppose any war or military intervention. That's not saying much. And Sanders voted for the Crime Bill lol.

It should be noted I've never supported Bernie in my life, nor do I care for his presidency (his rhetoric is a bit too socialist-leaning for me), my primary concern is JUDGEMENT. And every American newspaper looking back in hindsight, observing the ACTUAL poverty conditions in Libya now, and noting the OUTSTANDING terrorist activities that has taken over the country, it's clear Hillary's judgment in siding and aiding the terrorist was wrong. That's a major issue.

That's fine. I found Bernie's agenda a bit too deluded but I liked him. And if you wanna bring up his judgement, he and Hillary voted in agreement 93% of the time when they both served in Senate (2007-2008).

And if by "killing their people" you mean terrorist, um well wouldn't any leader rid his country of terrorist? "They can't help themselves" is such a ****** thing to throw out when they were, while Gaddafi was keeping order... sis.... And if by "frustrated" you mean millions of people supporting him.... I showed you the video... It's pretty in your face, I don't know how you can't see that Libya is now a lost cause, whereas before it had some semblance of structure.

What part of dictator don't you understand? He killed anyone who criticized him, opposed him or demanded actual democracy and the slightest bit of reform. He was evil personified. The belief that the rebels are all terrorist is right-wing/Russian propaganda. The real terrorists, besides the terrorist organizations, are the dictators that kill their own people and steal their money. The right-wing and Putin would love to keep the likes of Assad and Gaddaffi in power because it benefits them. And millions supported Hitler, Stalin and Kim Jong Un. What a silly argument! Hell, dare I say it, millions support ISIS and Al Qaeda. It's especially worse in dictatorship where citizens are brainwashed into loving their leader.

See, I too have direct ties to African thoughts, several nations actually through my own family ties, and the consensus, after doing my own due diligence is that Gaddafi was wrongly displaced. Especially considering all that Libya had to offer before in terms of education, healthcare, and security compared to where it is now. So **** "the court of opinions" on Hillary's career, that's an entire country that'll never regain its footing.

That's cool. I have dominant Maghrebian ancestry so I'm more qualified to speak about this. If were speaking about Kenya or whatever, I'd gladly take the backseat. Africa is hardly united. People wanted Gaddaffi out. America had nothing to gain from getting him out of there against people's consent. There was an Arab Spring for a reason. People wanted change. And never say never! Chaos often occurs after a revolution and a civil war. As soon as ISIS is decimated, Libya will rebuild and hopefully flock to left-wing regimes instead of right-wing Islamist regimes (as per usual).

Hillary. was. wrong. on. Libya.

I used to be a Gaddaffi hater and I'd gladly go spit on his grave now. Just because he was better than chaos, it doesn't make him a proper or even decent leader. He was evil personified.
Imagine if an investor built a huge oil factory in an impoverished town and left it in their control. As a result, all citizens of that town got jobs and started making a living. They had an opportunity to turn things for the better but a group of people decided to go bomb the factory thus causing damage to the entire town. Is the investor to blame? Nope. Likewise with Hillary hence her stellar approval rating as a SoS. If you're gonna attack Hil for something, at least use the Honduras. That's something terrible that she actually aided. Blaming Libya all on Hillary is intellectually dishonest.

This is who she's been. I just hope she gets BETTER. Because by god we need a competent and aware president in the white house. Though I'm just dreading how she's going to handle Syria given her track record.

That's cool, should we go over all of Obama's broken promises from his 2008 campaign? Because we'd spend a day on that. Love me so Barrack, but let's not act as if he's perfect. Not to mention, that's from the very bitter 2008 primary. Back then, Michelle used to attack Hillary with her personal life ("If she can't run her own house, she can't run the white house") and Hillary used to yell "Shame on you Obama" in her rallies. Obama indirectly implied that her supporters are bitter rednecks. The 2008 primary was faaar more bitter than the 2016 one and she still campaigned for him once he won and he still made her his SoS. As the latter, she traveled to a record-breaking number of countries to restore America's reputation and ties following the Iraq war.
Hillary was Bill's #1 adviser. Bill left office with the second best approval rating in the past 30 years (Second only to HW who only had one term and didn't have personal scandals that affected his rating).
