Even Gaga would have stayed top20 if she had both banner and Hot Tracks during 2nd week (she just had the banner iirc). So yeah, it's a flop.
And "artists" like Niall have to count mainly due to fanbase for success, he's very unlikely to win gp over like Bruno can. So an underwhelming debut means a likely flop.
He'll be bigger on sales, Abel on streams. Hopefully they'll both get that #1 
it's radio updates at great and it's climbing back up on streaming.
