I'm rewatching Hotel again on DVD and honestly it might be my favorite season now, just narrowly beating Coven. I love Roanoke and it's prob my 3rd favorite at this point, but it's missing the style all the seasons before had; the music mainly. But maybe that will change with Episode 6 and the real season will start?
Don't @ me Robert. No other season compares to Hotel when it comes to the style, score or cinematography. It has it's fair share of problems yes, but so does every season.

Coven outmatches it in all three. Hotel's imagery was stalted and muddy in various attempts at trying to do different things; the Coven house remains the most iconic, visually stunning, best-styled and best-shot setting, and accounts for two of those categories. The La La La song alone also outmatches anything on Hotel's score, along with this song:
How you gonna praise Covens score but not bring up Last Train Home tf
I could touch on all the GREAT things about Coven, but it's too hard to include everything at once; not so easy for Hotel, where you can summarize the good things about it in about 2 sentences.

So poor IT.
Poor IT indeed. La La La is cute and still is, but not when compared to this masterpiece AND the scene it goes along with.
