Hilary lost against Obama for a REASON.

She was appointed. You don't get a choice when you're appointed. You're practically dumping on the millions of attorneys around the world who have to defend killers, terrorists, rapists and drug dealers every day.

The mass incarceration was backed by the black caucus. The term superpredator was a thing when she said it. It wasn't until 2001 that the racist connotations got pointed out and the myth that crime was on an abnormal rise got debunked.

Hillary actually won against Obama with the popular vote. Do your homework. The DNC preferred Obama so he got the superdelegates and the delegates. She got the popular vote. Quit embarrassing yourself.

Are you aware of what a public defender is? Hillary would've gotten disbarred if she refused her appointment. The right to legal counsel, regardless of who you are, is the basis of the entire criminal justice system.
