I think it needs sales. A discount would do wonders for it. Airplay doesn't really count towards the charts as much anymore

no sis. Radio dropped it and if radio is not on board there is no way. even if she does a full on promo week it would barely re peak tbh. Radio is still the #1 or #2 component to the charts. Sales is dead last.

Radio airplay would lead to streaming and sales increases. It's still the main way people find out about new music and sadly most people don't even know Gaga has a new song out

I think Gaga was smart for not promoting this right after its release. The song is polarizing and performing it everywhere will just make Gaga look like she's force feeding it. She's letting the song grow first to some people and when the TV promo starts kicking in, it can easily be digested.
