The way the album is sectioned as before, during and after reminds me of vulnicura. Banks has some more bombast production which leads to stronger singles but as an album it didnt hold together for me. only 1 listen though

With BFL the concept/theme is more apparent and sure as an album it's more tight but that necessarily didn't make me want to go back to it often. Idk, i'm not that big of a fan of her so maybe that's a reason. Meanwhile I always liked Banks, so her material will have that certain edge for me in a pitting albums together scenario.
