It's kind of offensive and I think she would be beyond offended to see people discrediting this song soul & R&B influence. Is it hard for a ballad to slay R&B/Urban radio today......yes! Slightly, depending on the artist. But in the 90s R&B ballads dominated not only R&B/Urban radio but radio in general(ex Boyz II Men and Mariah Carey).

With all of that being said though it's a pleasure seeing this take off so nicely so far. This has the potential to smash on HAC AC UAC Pop Rhythmic and R&B/Urban. If it does and she actually promotes this, this could become the new age 'We Belong Together'. Let's not jinx anything though and just sit back and see what she does with it and how radio receives it throughout the Fall season.

She needs a good video and a few more performances. Not sure any of this will happen, unfortunately, considering she hasn't put out a truly excellent video for quite some time now... at least not a proper high budget one like, since Diamonds. I guess BBHMM was really good, but then you have it accompanied with a song that's meant to be an of-the-moment hip-hop song... not a timeless classic. Also, she's already performed this on two major televised events. So who knows.

Because Urban radio doesn't play many songs like this anymore. It's usually R&B with Hip-Hop influence, Hip-Hop, or Rap.

I think this needs one final performance. Sadly she will never perform again @ Victoria's Secret since they probably hate her for canceling on them last year.

Pretty confident she'll perform @ the Grammys tho.

Which works out fine, I think. By that time the song should have gained enough on radio, so an AMA (+ SNL, maybe) performance and a video right after should give the song a strong boost in sales.

She needs a SNL slot in early November when the song will need a push for its peak. Maybe November 5th or 12th. Around 1 month after its Pop release date. I hope and pray that the video will be out long before then though.

I'd love for her to do this at the EMAs. She has 4 nominations and she hasnt performed there in A LONG time.

THose are preliminary adds. THe Pop adds date is October 11th so those 2 early adds are good.
