Didn't Rude Boy had its peak days already..I mean the peak days are still going but it's more like a flat peak (not a sharp one like Telephone). Well what do you expect? When the third single is out, most people already have the album; it's similar to Gaga case. But I think more people have Telephone than Rude Boy. So I think a lot of people (non-album owned listeners) were shocked with Riri's Rude Boy, because they heard of RR and H so they think her top hit singles are over. It's like RB came out of nowhere.
