Firstly, the ratings are TRAGIC. Now there is some hope in this pool of tragedy.
First the shows ratings might pick up with delayed viewings. That's ultimately what got it renewed for Season 2, Second FOX might keep the show around to keep Ryan Murphy happy, he's running their biggest most buzzed shows on FX, they may keep one of his flops around to placate him and last they may either give the show a pity renewal and put it in a tragic time slot next year (Friday's or mid season) or move it onto FX or something.
Most likely it's getting cancelled though.
Loved the Premiere btw. Nowhere near as good as Season 1's but it was still great and loved being back in the 'Scream Queens' world.
I expected nothing from the ratings. It's going to tank and be cancelled but we should full on be grateful that there's even a season two. I wonder if they really will kill off any of the leads this year since the likelihood of this coming back is minuscule?
Loved the premiere. In terms of tone and quality, I'd say they've picked up exactly where they left off and you can tell the cast and creative staff really enjoy working on this show.
Just watched the premiere. It was cute. Definitely wish the Chanels were bitchier season 1 premiere was way better. Also, I really wish this was set in a summer camp instead of a hospital.
Would The CW or Freeform pick it up if it got canceled? Or does Murphy have an exclusivity deal with Fox?
It might be too intense for Freeform, though.

But FOX renewed it once with terrible ratings, who knows they might do it again, they already renewed worse rated shows in past.

Yeah, but it would fit in better in CW's lineup since their audience skews heavily young and female.
season 1 premiere was way better. Also, I really wish this was set in a summer camp instead of a hospital.
