The Mr.Mr. - EP was all-in-all solid. Not a bad song in the bunch. But, if we're talking albums, SNSD'S IGAB is your best bet. SJJD's Love & Peace actually is one of their best works despite it being a bunch of b-sides and leftovers…

Sungyeol is so obviously THE 7th member. I remember how once on the Weekly Idol while asked to list Sungyeol strenghts Sunggyu listed like 8 of his weaknesses and Sungjong said that he's tall and has a strong gaze
I just finished watching SHINee's One Fine Day and they're all so cute and lovable and nice. They make me feel like moonlight must feel all the time.
Key and Jonghyun are my faves obviously, and I'm inclined to put Onew at #3 because he's just so happy and such a dork, but I kind of also get a conservative vibe from him? Like I feel like he's one of those "it's not that I hate gays, but..." people.
Is there any tea on SHINee scandals?
Nah all of the SHINee members are LGBT friendly, people like Key and Jonghyun wouldn't hang around the ones who aren't and they genuinely love Onew and the others

And this is a minor one but it's interesting: Jonghyun once said something on Blue Night about women which sounded questionable out of context and some k-fans were calling him on sexism. He apologized for it and then had a really (I mean, really) long, in-depth conversation over DMs with a Korean fan/feminist Twitter personality (I think, I'm not 100% what she was known for) which she later posted. It's really interesting if you can find it, but it's super long.
They basically stay out of trouble though. If there's anything else, I don't remember it. Wotamin can probably fill in the gaps.
EDIT: these weren't really scandals since most k-netz didn't know/care but Jonghyun once got hate for supporting LGBT people and then another time people thought he was dating 9M Kyungri cause they saw a movie together or something but it's been known for a while that they're good friends so it wasn't really a thing.
EDIT2: Oh AND Internet War. Jonghyun + Taemin got a lot of backlash for that. Iirc there was a petition to kick them out of the group.
You just reminded me how I still think that the whole Jonghyun is a sexist thing was a REACH
I mean if somebody says that women are so great that they influece so many people like artists and etc you have to marry the guy instead of bashing him
Also I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks so about his relationship with Shin Se Kyung, that era was so messy because of that too.
