Not really.
Back in like 2009 Jonghyun dated the actress Shin Se Kyung but it was basically a promo relationship (which becomes extremely clear when you see the photos of them out and about, they're...very obviously not candid) and they both got a lot of hate for it and broke up.
Onew was once seen with AS's Jungah + smoking I think? And then he flipped Jonghyun off during a radio show once but essentially no one cared.
And this is a minor one but it's interesting: Jonghyun once said something on Blue Night about women which sounded questionable out of context and some k-fans were calling him on sexism. He apologized for it and then had a really (I mean,
really) long, in-depth conversation over DMs with a Korean fan/feminist Twitter personality (I think, I'm not 100% what she was known for) which she later posted. It's really interesting if you can find it, but it's super long.
They basically stay out of trouble though. If there's anything else, I don't remember it.

EDIT: these weren't really scandals since most k-netz didn't know/care but Jonghyun once got hate for supporting LGBT people and then another time people thought he was dating 9M Kyungri cause they saw a movie together or something but it's been known for a while that they're good friends so it wasn't really a thing.
EDIT2: Oh AND Internet War. Jonghyun + Taemin got a lot of backlash for that. Iirc there was a petition to kick them out of the group.
